Construction Management and Delivery
Construction management is a professional service that provides a project’s owner an integrated and effective management of the project's programme / schedule, cost, quality, safety, the scope, and function. As Construction Manager’s our responsibilities are to the project and therefore to the owner and all the project stakeholders.

BEES as Construction Managers of a project will represent the owner’s and their interests and we will provide oversight of the entire project. Our mandate will be to work with all parties to deliver the project on time, at or under the financial expectations, and to the owner’s required standard of quality, scope, and function.

As Construction Managers we are uniquely qualified through combined education and decades of experience in various complex projects and scenarios, to work with the stakeholders of a project – the owner, architect, general contractor, and other stakeholders. We determine the best possible sequence of construction operations and develop a detailed schedule and budget, establishing plans for project safety and security, and helping the owner identify and manage risk.

Construction Management has ultimate deliverables that are constrained to a finite timescale and/or budget. Planning and execution are the fundamentals to achieving deliverable goals. At BEES, our goal as construction managers is to provide constant vigilant monitoring, planning for all elements, and clear and concise governance.
Project Management
As Project Managers, BEES manage all stakeholder relationships. We identify and track benchmarks and deliverables for success, including complete budget administration.

Effective collaboration is key to delivering any project. We establish the Project Management Plan ,’PMP’, and review at milestones or when client changes are required. We update the base document to ensure a live and interactive tool is provided for delivering the project. With clear communication at all levels. In order to ensure that all activities are done on time throughout the project life cycle while maintaining a focus on budget, quality, and deadlines, we build strong relationships across the delivery team.

Project management is the discipline of using established principles, procedures, and policies to guide a project from conception through to completion. At BEES, our Project Management team apply these best practices to ensure that a project is completed in a way that meets all articulated outcomes, from financial limits to end-goal objectives.
Program Management
Our team at BEES has a proven track record of managing complex programs. We create programs for Master Planning, Framework Management, Business and Project Management Offices, ‘PMO’, managing multiple or single projects. By keeping an eye out for changes in the budget, scope, or risk during contract execution, we monitor and analyze project planning to make sure that deadlines and restrictions are fulfilled.

BEES provides clear, concise, and transparent program reporting, allowing for effective project delivery management. This is accomplished through detailed planning and analysis, as well as the establishment of project standards, controls, and overall project governance.

Dispute, Avoidance and Reconciliation Services

BEES services include dispute resolution and the processes necessary to ensure that you have proper governance over the construction contract's mechanisms.

We are most effective when called upon before a conflict arises. We will collaborate with you to make sure you have the degree of contemporaneous records you need to enable a mutually accepted dispute resolution before it becomes a complete contractual or legal conflict.

If a dispute arises, we can detangle what is invariably a complex and layered circumstance and provide clear and unambiguous actions and strategies to resolve the conflict, preferably as a neutral third party supporting the parties to reach a mutual agreement.

Our BEES team provides a platform for senior management to ensure a clear understanding and oversight of each company and leader's goals, objectives, performance, risk appetite, and reporting requirements, through a structured governance framework.

We assess your current governance framework and apply our knowledge of antitakeover measures, board structure, capital market governance, remuneration and incentives, debt and agency costs, director and officer labour markets, fraud, lawsuits, ownership structure, and regulation. We will work with you to create a corporate governance structure that is tailored to your company's goals, policies, values, culture, accountability, and performance. Risk management and security risk management will also be discussed in depth, as they are important aspects of good corporate governance.

Our team works closely with company secretarial staff, directors, and office managers to make sure they are fully aware of their legal responsibilities and that they are carrying them out promptly and correctly in accordance with IFRS, GAAP, and any other applicable local, national, and international laws and accepted business practices.
