Specific Area's of Expertise

Environment, Health and Safety

BEES identify, analyze, evaluate, offer controls, and management of many environment and safety-related issues.

Fire safety

Fire is one of the most dangerous threats to human life, as well as the potential to damage property or shut down a business. We will review and advise on all of the facility's fire safety equipment and systems' planned and preventative maintenance, inspections, and testing, as well as the keeping of all records and certificates of compliance.

Security

BEES offer consultation on the protection of employees and the business its assets, technology, and I.P.

Maintenance, testing and inspections.

We collaborate with your teams to optimize maintenance, testing, and inspection protocols and processes, ensuring that your facilities are operating safely and efficiently in accordance with statutory obligations, maximizing equipment life, and reducing the risk of failure. To ensure that work is planned, a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system is frequently used. We make certain that we provide guidance and advice on building maintenance, which includes all preventative, corrective, and upgrade work required for the upkeep and improvement of buildings and their components. Painting and decorating, carpentry, plumbing, glazing, plastering, and tiling are examples of such works.

Swimming Pools

Bees will consult on the design and/or maintenance regimes for all types of swimming pools in the commercial and private sectors. We cover full maintenance services, repairs, renovations, equipment installation, inspections, and lighting for pools and water features.

Cleaning

We provide strategic and operationally sensitive reviews and advice on cleaning operations, timings, for cleaning toilets, replenishing consumables, such as toilet rolls, soap, litter picking, and reactive response. We work with you to develop plans to ensure cleaning is scheduled as a series of periodic tasks on either daily, weekly, or monthly schedules.

Operational

BEES collaborates with you to ensure the long-term viability and efficiency of your buildings and general built environment.

Business continuity planning

All businesses should have a continuity plan in place so that they can recover quickly in the event of a fire or major failure. We assist you in determining what is best for you, your assets, and your customers in the scenarios identified in a risk management strategy.

Space allocation and changes

Because change is unavoidable in business, we assist in managing the changing needs of space, which is typically in office space or production facilities. Using a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system, we can assist in the planning and execution of moves. Compliance with statutory requirements regarding office layouts, in addition to meeting the needs of the business, includes:

  • The minimum amount of space to be provided per staff member

  • Fire safety arrangements

  • Lighting levels

  • Signage

  • Ventilation

  • Temperature control

  • Welfare arrangements such as toilets and drinking water
